What purchase includes

Purchase unlocks one browser-local printable handoff card for purchaser’s own business review of one commissioned logo. Card records entered uses, delivery states, open questions and approval state. No subscription, delivery charge, mandatory add-on, account or remote storage is included.

Payment and delivery

Stripe presents available payment methods. Access begins after confirmed payment and works in supported modern browser with JavaScript and WebAssembly enabled. Purchaser should print or save record before clearing tab or browser data.

Cancellation and refund

Purchaser may request full refund for any reason within 14 calendar days from payment date. Product use does not remove this policy. Request through support route with receipt email or payment reference; never send card details. Refund returns through original payment method. Policy does not limit statutory remedies.

Product limits

Product does not inspect files or guarantee design quality, print suitability, ownership, licence, originality, trademark clearance or project outcome. Confirm technical requirements with designer or printer and obtain legal advice where rights are uncertain.

Local record

Seller does not retain checklist content or provide backup, sync or account recovery. Purchaser controls local inputs and exported copy.

Problems and complaints

Use support route for access, refund, privacy, accessibility or complaint. Include minimum detail and receipt reference where relevant. Do not send logo artwork, client-sensitive material, passwords or payment-card data.
